Often before the ink is dry on the architect’s rendering, senior community developers are challenged to bring in pre-construction leads and deposits from a demographic convinced it’s “not ready for that yet.” LevLane has been up to the task. We began our deep dive into the senior living category years ago and never came up for air: studying each new market, running focus groups, doing one-on-ones with scores of prospects, positioning the properties, producing aspirational-oriented creative from web to broadcast to direct mail to print—and refining every step of the way based on sophisticated response analysis models.
For years we’ve worked collaboratively with Greenbrier Development out of Dallas, TX, a national leader in senior housing and CCRC developing; and with Senior Care Development, LLC, whose portfolio of senior living communities is the envy of the industry. Our successful engagements crisscross the country and include Viamonte, a NCPHS community north of San Francisco; Ventana, a Buckner community rising in North Dallas; Rydal Park and other properties within the Presby’s Inspired Life brand; The Clare, an exclusive high rise in Chicago’s Gold Coast; a new community on the grounds of Berry College in Rome, GA; Messiah Village near Harrisburg, PA; and others in New York, Connecticut, Florida and Illinois. Also gratifying was our decade of work for Philadelphia Corporation for Aging, connecting over 100,000 needy seniors each year with services that restored their dignity, health and welfare. So, we know seniors and we love them quite a bit.
