Viamonte is part of an ambitious mixed-use retail development that will bring the first CCRC to Walnut Creek, CA. This creative collaboration between Northern California Presbyterian Homes and Services (NCPHS) and Episcopal Senior Communities (ESC) will be unlike anything that has come before it—a haven for adults 62 and over that’s fully integrated into a multigenerational community and surrounded by natural beauty. The Orchards at Walnut Creek, slated to open in 2018, will be filled with upscale retail establishments and select local restaurants—a bold, unconventional setting for a CCRC.
After intensive research—during which multiple brand concepts were explored and shared with prospective residents and key stakeholders—we landed on a distinctive platform under the heading “Dynamic Senior Living.” Then, with original photography and a confident, outdoorsy personality, we built an outspoken brand and launched a multi-channel pre-sell campaign. In just a few short months, we generated a flood of leads that filled pre-sell events to capacity.
