LevLane is looking for a Digital Media Manager – Programmatic to be responsible for Planning and implementing, and analyzing digital media campaigns for healthcare, banking, higher-education and senior living clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan, implement, and analyze digital media campaigns including:
  • CPM, CPC, CPL campaigns
  • Performance Display
  • Remarketing
  • Look-A-Like
  • Geo-Fencing
  • IP Targeting
  • Native Ads
  • Rich media and/or online video placements
    • Lead agency in Programmatic Online buying – display, video and mobile
    • Lead agency in Tagging and Tracking of digital media and client websites
    • Work with cross discipline Agency team to determine what specific needs are for digital advertising
  • Work as part of the integrated media planning group, applying digital media solutions to overall client objectives
    • Plan digital strategy in tandem with traditional media planning teams
  • Develop, present, implement and optimize digital media plans and strategies
    • Present digital media plans directly to clients who have varying degrees of digital media expertise
    • Work together with creative teams to ensure creative specifications of negotiated plan are satisfied
    • Execute campaigns through DoubleClick Campaign Manager and set up tracking from IMPs through conversion
  • Monitor media campaigns via third-party ad serving software, having daily, weekly and/or monthly campaign performance meetings internally and reporting results to client
    • Optimize the campaign with media vendors
    • Develop POVs as needed in response to client and planning team requests
  • Supervise and train junior level staff
  • Direct the entire media team so that they have the knowledge, resources and expertise to create result-driven digital media plans

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of digital media planning experience and/or digital media planning experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in self-managed programmatic buying
  • Deep knowledge of third-party ad serving, tracking and reporting expertise (e.g. Double-click)
  • Strong experience with programmatic, digital media, DSPs, DMPs and performance based platforms
  • Expertise in DoubleClick Campaign Manager and DoubleClick Bid Manager
  • Proficient with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, MS Office (Explorer, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Experience negotiating with and managing independent vendors
  • Demonstrated presentation and writing skills
  • Full service agency experience preferred, but not required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field and/or equivalent work experience
