The Director, Digital Services will bring digital innovation to the forefront of LevLane’s advertising, digital and web development work in order to execute dynamic, measurable campaigns for our clients.
This crucial role will sit at the intersection of creative and technology and can be an equal partner to creative for concepting & strategy. Nurturing leads, digital strategy, web development and digital project management for execution and analytics measurement.
You have the ability to see the whole picture of cross-platform digital innovation – from websites, emails and digital advertising, to social media, inbound marketing. A clear understanding of the importance of development and analytics – continually evolving our analytics offering, and leading the agency in a mobile-first mindset.
The Director partners with Creative, Account & Project Management, PR, Content and Strategy to integrate web development, digital strategy, process & execution. They are responsible for departmental vision, structure, and management. Leadership, accountability, and mentorship are central to this responsibility. This person would be responsible for meeting client & agency goals, managing the development process & ensuring creative excellence and successful execution.
In addition, the Director would be expected to seek, discover, understand and promote new techniques and technologies that are relevant for clients’ digital strategies and the agency portfolio.
Incorporate digital strategies and web development tactics into client campaign planning and execution
Accountable for digital plan output timeliness, accuracy, scope, and overall excellence
Understand & adopt new techniques and technologies that are relevant for clients’ digital strategies
Build trusting and collaborative relationships with clients and grow business opportunities
Develop, maintain, and execute digital planning processes and procedures across the team
Ensure key information/solutions for all digital projects is presented to team regarding client and internal issues as they arise
Extensive knowledge of HubSpot or equivalent inbound/lead nurturing program(s).
Utilizes problem solving and data to create results-oriented digital campaigns
Conceive, create, and lead teams to execute state-of-the-art advertising initiatives for all digital platforms
Working knowledge of critical campaign elements (such as: QA, Tagging, Tracking, Metrics…)
Act as a liaison across divisions to integrate the client’s digital strategy
10+ years digital services experience
Understanding of the web development lifecycle & the ability to interpret programming
Advanced experience across multiple digital media and analytics platforms
Strong analytical and digital strategy execution experience required
Experience in cross-dept collaboration to deliver successful products
User experience knowledge and understanding
Proven leadership ability within digital and technology teams
