Assist in Agency’s online and offline marketing analytics efforts – managed by Digital Media Analytics Manager, but with direct report to the VP of Digital Media & Analytics and in strong coordination with other media and strategy teams
Manage analytics dashboards to encompass data from all digital marketing channels
and client data
Analyze data to determine the most valuable opportunities to improve campaign performance
Work with multiple data sources/reports (site metrics, campaign/channel reports,
traffic and conversion reports) to analyze campaign performance and make recommendations for improvements
Experience working with integrating data (from multiple sources and platforms)
would be a plus.
Manage and continually enhance campaign reporting that allows LevLane and our clients to understand the trends on client campaigns
Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports for clients, including ability to recognize and troubleshoot data anomalies
Assist in tagging and tag management systems
Assist in creating engaging presentations that summarize complex analyses and inform business decisions
Communicate analytic findings and actionable recommendations in a manner tailored
to internal and external audiences
Maintain an understanding of industry trends, research and emerging tools
A four-year degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related field
1-2 years of experience in measuring the success of online advertising,
paid search and/or other digital programs
Detail oriented and must have the ability to evaluate the data and challenge
the accuracy of data rather than taking it at face value
Strong process and methodology orientation
Strong problem solving skills
Skillful communication (written and verbal)
Ability to deal with issues resolution and escalation
Robust organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
Agency experience and/or related course-work preferred
Motivation to learn new analytical tools, techniques and enhancing knowledge of department and agency in the realm of media analytics
Knowledge of Google Analytics a must.
Google Analytics Certification is not required, but would be ideal
Knowledge of data visualization platforms preferred.
– Google Data Studio, Tableau, PowerBi, etc.
Strong understanding of Google Tag Manager, Google Ads reporting, Social Media
analytics platforms(Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) is preferred
STRONG Excel and PowerPoint skills a must
Background in statistics and statistical modeling techniques a plus, but not required
– Knowledge/coursework in SQL or Python is a huge plus
Understanding of Paid Media
