Content Marketing Coordinator

The Content Marketing Coordinator (CMC) will play a vital role as a member of the development team at LevLane by providing best-in-class backend support for our client’s digital marketing efforts. We’re looking for an individual with a baseline of experience and knowledge in a number of digital marketing platforms and functionalities, primarily content management systems and email marketing platforms. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, creative, adaptable and flexible in a face-paced environment, is willing to learn, and epitomizes what it means to be a ‘team player’. Skills We’re Looking For:

  • Demonstrated working experience in WordPress and other CMS platforms
  • Working knowledge of email marketing platforms such as Constant Contact, MailChimp, Emma, etc.
  • Ability to complete end-to-end production of eBlasts to include email creation (with supplied content), segmentation, A/B testing, inclusion of UTM tracking codes, scheduling of blasts and basic backend reporting of results
  • Competency working within project management systems for effectively communicating receipt and completion of requested tasks
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and the full development life cycle, including interactions with internal and external digital service providers and stakeholders
  • Familiarity (not expert knowledge) of HTML/CSS/Javascript is a plus. Additionally, familiarity and experience with CRM systems and functionality is a plus.
  • Ability to support development team in quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) of digital projects including proofreading, ensuring digital product aligns with predetermined UX design, technical audits, plugin & theme compatibility checks, etc.
  • Competency in development of educational and user-friendly training documents for proper CMS management by clients. Confidence and ability to assist in live training sessions via video calls with clients.

You Have the Following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Web Development, Marketing, Communications or related field preferred
  • 1 – 3 years of digital / interactive in-house or agency experience
  • Thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced collaborative environment
  • Excellent project management skills with superior attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and set priorities for multiple client projects at the same time
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
