We’re looking for an art director to join our growing creative team on the Senior Living side of the business. If you’ve worked in this category, you know that this isn’t the retirement your grandparents experienced. You know that it’s one of the biggest decisions these consumers ever make in their lives. It’s like rolling a real estate, health insurance, health care provider, life partner, investment portfolio management, country club decision, all into one. Think you got the creative chops to help them make that call? Good, because that’s what we do. So let’s talk.
If you haven’t worked in this category before, well, that’s cool too; just so long as you’re not only not daunted by the challenge we described above, you’re actually energized about it (like we are). If that describes you, well then like we said, let’s talk.
Oh and one more thing – even though our home office is in Philadelphia, you don’t have to be. As long as you can work with people not located in your immediate vicinity, we can too.
A bachelor’s degree in art, fine arts, graphic design, or similar field.
5+ years design experience in an agency setting.
A strong ability to think and execute across multiple channels including; digital, direct, broadcast and video.
Exceptional technical skills on Mac, in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and Indesign), and building digital ads in HTML5.
Demonstrated ability to think creatively in conceiving, developing, and producing marketable design solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills—there will be technical challenges, production issues, programming problems, logistical hurdles, time constraints and the unexpected. You need to be ready to make it happen.
Advanced interpersonal capabilities, including collaboration and leadership.
Build brands from the ground up.
Execute beautiful, strategically grounded designs for identity design, ad campaigns, digital assets, point-of-purchase materials, sales materials, social campaigns, and more.
Collaborate with copywriters to concept creative solutions.
