Account Supervisor – Senior Living

We’re looking for an account team lead who is passionate, driven, and has a deep understanding in driving integrated campaigns from strategy inception, through execution, data analytics and ongoing recommendations in a fast-paced environment. The Account Supervisor is responsible for managing the client relationship on multiple senior living accounts, predominantly in some stage of development or redevelopment. This position is responsible for the overall strategy, service and profitability of assigned accounts, and serves as the primary contact to the client’s most senior staff.

As an industry expert, the Account Supervisor functions as the client’s chief strategist—developing and presenting marketing recommendations. Responsible for inspiring and driving effective solutions in response to the client’s key business problems. They proactively seek opportunities to contribute to the client’s business and marketing strategy development and champion ideas in all their forms, articulate them, and hold work to accountable against them. They also champion the power of the creative idea with clients, articulating data-supported ideas to solve the business challenge(s), ensure monitoring and evaluation of those ideas and responsibility for the effect they create in the market.

Relationship Building:

  • Successful track record in creating, and building, valuable client relationships
  • Likes to be part of true account team working with proactive, daily client contact
  • Comfortable articulating comprehensive ideas/solutions/recommendations
  • Demonstrated ability to retain and grow accounts
  • Partners well with and offers growth experience opportunities to supporting Account Manager assigned to same accounts

Strategy:

  • Proven track record in developing compelling, fully-integrated advertising plans that meet or exceeded objectives
  • Direct experience related to the strategy and execution management of the following channels—direct mail, email, print media, digital media, social media and web development
  • Understanding of key competitors and actively monitors competitive activities
  • Development and presentation of the creative briefs to the internal teams
  • Development and presentation of marketing plans to clients
  • Ongoing strategic audit of projects and associated components, ensuring all is on strategy and delivering on campaign goals

Financial Management:

  • Accountable for the clients’ total budget and ongoing financial reconciliations, including monthly billing management
  • Works with senior account team members to establish forecasts and ensures that financial goals are met/exceeded
  • With senior account team members, is responsible for the development and presentation of SOWs
  • Supports senior team in the scheduling/coordination of meetings, with all associated logistics planned for in a sensible manner, as needed

Location:

  • This can be a work-remote position
  • LevLane is based in the heart of downtown Philadelphia and some in-office visits are expected throughout the year

Qualifications Include:

  • Must have 7+ years of experience in advertising agency account management
  • Preferably 2+ years’ experience in senior living advertising (CCRCs, Life Plan Communities, development and expansions)
  • Willingness and drive to learn with a strong interest in marketing/advertising
  • Passion for progressive marketing regardless of channel
  • Strong attention to detail and self-accountability
  • Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects on time within tight timeframes
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communicator with a combination of listening, speaking, and writing skills
  • Analytical skills to identify implications from marketing data and budgets
  • Willingness and ability to travel, as needed
